Krav Maga is back by popular demand! This class is perfect for those who want to come back and strengthen their newly learned skills as well as for the new recruits!

This is the opportunity for you to learn something about self-defense. Krav Maga is a self- defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) that consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from aikido, judo, boxing and wrestling, along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga encourages students to avoid confrontation and teaches how to stand up for yourself against bullies. You will develop confidence, discipline, respect and higher fitness level.

We encourage both boys and girls to sign up! 

Krav Maga T-shirts will be given to every participant and should be worn for each session of this club.

Club is for children in grades K-5.

Meets Thursdays 3:25-4:25 for 10 sessions.
