In this introduction to culinary arts, Toby has designed a series of cooking classes perfect for cooks that are just starting out or would like to refresh their fundamentals. The 8 week series consists of fun, hands-on, creative classes exploring a wide variety of culinary concepts. Students will learn knife skills, ingredient procurement, kitchen safety techniques, menu planning and most of all, competency to cook/bake independently.
There will be a new innovative and exciting curriculum for those who have already participated last year.
