Join us for an exciting 7-week after-school art club designed for students in grades K-5, where we'll celebrate warm weather and summer fun through creative projects! Each week, young artists will explore a variety of fun activities that ignite their imagination. The club kicks off with thumbprint dandelions, where kids create beautiful, whimsical flowers from their own thumbprints. Next, they'll dive into a sandy adventure by crafting their very own sandcastles. In the following weeks, students will create vibrant paper plate toucans, colorful fish made from 2-liter bottles, and a stunning lighthouse painting, all inspired by the joys of summer. They’ll also have a blast making an ice cream soda sand art masterpiece and painting a vase with 3D flowers. Students will get to paint a beach scene and create a lively peacock collage to capture the essence of the season. This hands-on, summer-themed program is perfect for kids to have fun, build their artistic skills, and take home unique creations that celebrate the warmth of summer!
