Here is the opportunity for you to learn something about the martial arts. In Tae Kwon Do you will get a good workout, while learning basic kicks and punches. The class uses cardio and core-strengthening exercises to keep you moving, to strengthen your muscles, and to teach you how to use the skills you learn. All students will get a chance to work on reaction time by doing drills using the skills taught through club sessions. You will also get an introduction to the discipline incorporated into the martial arts. 

Club is for children in grades 1-3.

Meets Mondays 3:25-4:25 for 8 sessions
